i tried it yesterday and really enjoyed it! i genuinely felt like i was eating pizza. i'm just happy for another easy takeout item, especially one like this that adds variety. the crust is only 6g net carbs for the entire pizza. I got it down to 160 calories per slice. I opted for a pizza with Keto Crust, red sauces, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni and mushrooms is was amazing. I think Blaze Pizza can solve this by placing a layer of shredded cheese just prior to the sauce, and then adding another layer of cheese after the sauce is laid (per normal pizza-making operations). This can allow the cheese to seep into the crust during cooking in the oven. Overall verdict? I approve this keto-friendly pizza delight!
